Recycling
We
aim to do as much as we can to protect the environment. All rubbish is
recycled at the site in separate bins and buckets. Organic vegetable based
waste will be composted on site for use the following year on the Apple
Orchard and vegetable plots.
Any newspaper (not used for fire lighting), aluminium and glass will be recycled from the site. Wood ash will be cleared into a separate pit for use in our compost loos with any surplus being taken away at the end of the season.
